About the Role: A Service Coordinator acts as an advocate for their clients and provides information on how they can connect with a right person at a right time for complaint matters. In addition, they work as an intermediary between clients, often serving in a support role for them during difficult times. Expand the list of resources and providers to assure there are no gaps in services
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Assessing the service needs of clients and linking them to the appropriate resources and providers.
- Planning and organizing production and dispatch schedules with store executives
- Facilitating programs and services and transportation.
- Assess client issues and provide recommendations to fix problems
- Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs
- Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients to keep customer base
- Answer telephones and respond to email inquiries in the office
Candidate Qualifications :
- Fluency with all three languages such as : Hindi, Gujarati and English
- Proficient in Typing
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP and software programs
- Excellent Customer Service and Problem Serving Skills
- The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask
- Preferred Qualification : Graduates / Masters Degree Holder
- 4-5 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience required
