Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identifying Sales Goal
• Setting Sales Goal is one of the aspects of a National Sales Manager
• Creating Sales Plans
• Providing Training Opportunities
• Motivating the Team
• Managing Key Accounts

Candidate Qualifications :

• Fluency with all three languages such as : English, Hindi and Gujarati
• Proficient in Typing
• Accuracy and Attention to Detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP and software programs
• Preferred Qualification : Civil Engineering OR any engineering degree holder
• 12-15 years of industry experience or a relatable experience required
