About the Role : -



Recruitment and Onboarding:

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring the hiring of qualified candidates who fit the company culture. Oversee the orientation and onboarding process for new employees.

Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflicts. Maintain a positive work environment and handle employee relations issues effectively and confidentially.

Performance Management:

Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure fair and consistent evaluation of employee performance. Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions when necessary.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions as required.

HR Policies and Procedures:

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with labor regulations and promote fairness and consistency across the organization

Compensation and Benefits:

Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits enrolment. Keep abreast of market trends to ensure the competitiveness of the company's compensation and benefits packages.

HR Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records. Handle HR-related administrative tasks, such as payroll processing and HRIS management.


Candidate Qualifications :


  • Masters's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Payroll and ESIC, PF and MS Office applications.
