About the Role : As the Calibration Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the calibration process to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our equipment and instruments

Roles & Responsibilities:

Calibration Program Management:

Develop and implement a comprehensive calibration program to ensure that all equipment and instruments meet specified standards and requirements.

Calibration Procedures:

Develop and maintain calibration procedures and protocols in accordance with industry standards and regulations.

Equipment Calibration:

Coordinate and perform calibrations on a variety of equipment and instruments, including but not limited to, measuring devices, testing equipment, and analytical instruments.

Calibration Records:

Maintain accurate records of all calibration activities, including calibration schedules, calibration results, and equipment history.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the calibration program to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Training and Development:

Provide training and guidance to staff involved in the calibration process to ensure competency and adherence to procedures.

Equipment Maintenance:

Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure the proper maintenance and repair of equipment to maintain calibration integrity.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Masters degree or equivalent in engineering, physics, or a related field.
• 9 to 10 Years of proven experience in calibration, testing, or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using calibration software and equipment.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Strong commitment to accuracy, precision, and quality standards.
